Root Cellars and Carrot Casserole

I promised a tour of my root cellar and given the opportunity to make a casserole from some canned carrots… here is a short video about both. Thanks for your support.

    How cool are you! Thanks for the tour. My pantry would scare you. 100+ years old. We use the carrot water in making bread. Yum. Our carrots in the pantry are stored raw in Oak leaves. They are still fresh and good. Also they increase in vitamin A in storage. Will make you carrotv augratin.
