Eszlinger Interview

It’s been a busy summer. Last night was cool and the air smelled wonderful. Harvest has begun and fields are mirroring the sun in color and warmth. Harvest has begun. Now it’s time to put up some of our hard work for the winter. There is no better feeling than preparing a meal right from your own larder.

Please enjoy this new video interview. We are closing in on the end of summer and then organizing and proofing recipes and stories will begin. We are so excited to be seeing the fruits our labor over the past year. Enjoy… and don’t forget to stay in touch.

What a wonderful interview. The Eszlingers, like all the other interviewees, did a great job. I could listen for hours. Thank you to all involved for the wonderful work you are doing keeping the German Russian heritage/culture alive.
