How do you spell buttons?

Everybody loves knephla… but there are as many ways to spell German dishes as there are ways to create German dishes… so just for fun (and because I was accused of spelling knephla incorrectly) here is a POLL. Please answer the question and we’ll see just how do you spell knephla? Heck, those are only a few choices… if you have others, please, let us know – we would like to include spellings in at least one of our cookbook projects.

Thank you… I can never find the umlaut and also I never learned to speak German, my parents did and a lot of my cousins do… however, there was not too much writing going on in those days. So, I really appreciate the input.

I don’t think any of them fit. 🙂 Knoephla. But I usually go with whatever is convenient.
